Pillow Maintenance should be performed as follows: | 1. | Unzip the pillow casing – do not remove the pillow insert | | 2. | Move filling material into the corners of the pillow by adjusting the pillow insert | | 3. | Zip up the pillow casing | | 4. | Fluff the pillow | Foam Cushion Maintenance should be performed as follows: | 1. | Unzip the cushion casing – do not remove the cushion insert | | 2. | Insert your arm towards the front of the cushion, while holding the front of the cushion core adjust the cushion casing so that the seams in front and the cushion core are in alignment | | 3. | Zip up the cushion casing | Down Cushion Maintenance should be performed as follows: | 1. | Unzip the cushion casing – do not remove the cushion insert | | 2. | Unzip the white down envelope insert – do not remove the foam core | | 3. | Zip up the pillow casing | | 4. | Smooth out the 6” wide front part of the envelope | | 5. | Push the foam core in as far as it will go | | 6. | Zip up the white down envelope | | 7. | Zip up the cushion casing | | 8. | Fluff the cushion | |
